Most of us have never really learnt how to understand ourselves. How to be in relationship with ourselves, or how to be in a conscious relationship with our emotions. If you are an empath, or someone who is naturally more sensitive, the chances are you have felt like your emotions have always been in control, getting the better of you, and completely consuming you.
But the truth is - your emotions are not your enemy. They are simply pieces of information about what we are feeling, showing us where we need some attention, support, care, and understanding to work through what is being emotionally experienced.
Embracing our emotions with curiosity, compassion, and an open, nonjudgmental mind is the first step to creating a path of calm, joy, and confidence in life.
In this workshop, we will unpack exactly what an emotion is, how they can very often become stuck in our bodies and what steps we can take to process them and release our emotions in a healthier way. We will take a deep dive into how to be more present with our emotions, how we can have a deeper relationship with them, and therefore ourselves and in doing so, how we can give ourselves permission to experience the full range of our humanness, and stay open to the richness of life.
Following the workshop you will receive a workbook to follow through and deepen your connection with the work we do in the session, along with a guided emotion release meditation.

Ways to Heal and Regulate a Sensitive Nervous System
Modern life, is crazy. We live in a hectic, productivity obsessed, world that never really switches off.
A prominent psychologist recently discovered that we are exposed to more stimuli in one week than our ancient ancestors were exposed to in their entire lifetimes. While some amount of stimulation is exciting, the overwhelming and unending nature of it resulting in us living in a near constant state of “fight or flight”, which is resulting in dysregulated nervous systems - and when our nervous systems are dysregulated, we can experience a variety of symptoms, including anxiety, insomnia, fatigue and chronic conditions.
Healing our Nervous systems and learning how to soothe, regulate it and restore it is the key to regulating our overall health and well-being.
When our nervous system is regulated, we feel calmer, we can rest, and we become more able to cope with the stresses and strains that daily life throws our way.
In this jam packed masterclass, we will take a deeper dive on what exactly the nervous system is and how it can become dysregulated. We will explore the different nervous system states and how you might respond mentally and physically to each. With that awareness we will then move into an array of mental and physical practices to regulate your nervous system so that you can restore yourself to a state of safety and connection within your body.
