Designed to show you that this isn’t how it has to feel and that there is another way. 
A way off the hamster wheel.. a way where your worth is not defined by how much you ‘get done’... where you are not crippled by guilt, or comparison, and where you can get to the end of the day feeling worthy, fulfilled and nourished.

I’m so glad I took the time to complete this course as it has truly opened my eyes to the complexities of motherhood and the external pressures which perpetuate the idea of the ‘perfect mother’.


Thanks to the JBTY, I have learned to better understand my own wounds and triggers which show up in my parenting and I now realize that as a mother I first need to show up for myself before I can show up for my children. To be a model not a martyr and in facing difficult emotions and situations I can better support my children in honoring their own values and authenticity through kindness and compassion. Every interaction with our children contributes to them forming their self identity. To who, and how worthy, they believe themselves to be.

Here’s the truth...

Life as a modern mother is tough..; the constant mix of a breath of emotions we feel daily from sadness, anger, guilt, shame and resentment to an unconditional love, purpose and joy - all often in one day. The long list of things to do, the constant comparison to others, as well as who you ‘used to be’ and the identity you feel you left behind somewhere. The incessant resentment you have because you're always putting yourself last, not to mention the societal pressures we feel we need to live up to in order to be the ‘perfect mum’, be the best example, or hold it all together like the other mums look like they are doing. 


Then add on the guilt and shame we feel because we ‘should’ be enjoying it more and ‘should’ be more grateful. It can be a lot to bear.. 


…and at times, it can feel all too much to handle. 


What most people don’t warn you about when you become a mother, is the complete shift in identity, confidence and emotions you feel and experience. Nor do they tell you that so much of who we become as a mum and the transition we go through, has to do with how you were parented, how society teaches us to be mums and how our children trigger our very own childhood wounds that need healing.

Let's break it down even more...



Let’s set the stage. In order to get to where we want to go, we have to look at where we’ve been. In this module we will:


  • Explore the ways in our expectations of motherhood are shaped by our families, cultures and society.

  • Bring to light the invisible factors that keep us stuck in cycles of overwhelm, burnout and guilt 

  • How and why our expectations of motherhood might feel different to the reality, and why that matters.


It's all about opening ourselves to a new way of being as a mothers - one that allows us to be connected to our values, intuition and self worth as a parent and show up from a place of love, and not fear. In this module we will:


  • Explore the predominant style of parenting in most western cultures, particularly post pandemic - Intensive Mothering - and why living up to this style of parenting is actively harming us. 

  • Recognise the images that we try to live up in motherhood and how trying to live up to all the expectations keeps us stuck in the hamster wheel of perfectionism

  • Look at why being a “good enough” will always trump trying being perfect

  • Begin to build a clearer sense of what really matters to you and your family



This is where dive deep into healing, self connection and self regulation. In this module we will:


  •  Turn towards ourselves, and get to know our emotions. 

  • Learn to meet our own emotional needs in the ways they were not met as children, through inner child work and reparenting. 

  • Explore and normalise the competing, contradictory emotions of motherhood 

  • Learn tools and strategies for calming ourselves in moments of trigger and overwhelm. 

  • Take a deep dive on mum guilt and anger, learn how to speak back to them and use them both as an opportunity for self connection and growth.


This is where challenge the dominant narrative of sacrifice in motherhood, and explore a new way of being as a mother - a model to your children. In this module we will 

  • Look at ways to detox from the narrative of self sacrifice in parenthood through reframing. 

  • Give ourselves permission to turn towards ourselves, and show up place of abundance, love, and giving - rather than duty, subservience and “shoulds”

  • Explore real self determined, self care and powerful practices to nourish yourself from the inside out



It's  all about exploring the idea that motherhood is a process which requires us to evolve and integrate huge shifts in identity. In this module we will: 


  • Gain a deep understanding of why motherhood often brings a sense of identity loss. 

  • Explore new way of looking at identity in motherhood 

  • Turn towards ourselves and reclaiming the pieces that make us feel like the most joyful, fulfilled and alive versions of ourselves.


This is where will bring it all together.. In this module we will:


  • Explore why the greatest education your children will receive is what you choose to model for them

  • Writing your new empowered mother manifesto.. The blueprint of generational wealth that you want to live by, and would be proud to leave your children

Ohhh, have we met?

Hi my loves, I’m Harriet. I’m a mum of 3, and I'm a triple ICF accredited Holistic Life Coach & Motherhood Studies Practitioner and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner.

​I am also a modern day spiritual junkie, who loves margaritas (straight up, with salt), sunsets and 80’s power ballads. 

Since having my first child over 4 years ago I have been on a huge journey of personal growth and transformation, recovering from a life time of people pleasing, and lack of connection to my true self. When my first daughter was born I could not have foreseen the journey I was about to take - one of deep exploration, unlearning, empowerment and reclaiming a motherhood of my own.

 Along this journey I learnt to reconnect with my inner child, to reconnect to who I really was, outside all of the “labels” and roles I was used to existing within, to unravel myself from the noise of society and the outside world, and to ultimately create a vision of motherhood that was mine. 

​My role as a coach is to support you in reconnecting you with your authenticity, and stepping into your happiest, healthiest and highest self, so that you can model the same to your children and create new legacy of healing and connection for the next generation.​

  • How does RTT work?
    Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) works by accessing the subconscious mind through hypnotherapy, regression, and various therapeutic techniques. The therapist guides the client into a focused, relaxed state, allowing them to uncover and understand the root causes of issues, often stemming from early experiences. The therapist then utilizes tailored interventions, combining NLP, CBT, and psychotherapy, to reframe and reprogram the subconscious beliefs. Personalized audio recordings further reinforce positive changes. This integrative approach achieves rapid, lasting transformation by addressing the core issues and restructuring beliefs and behaviors at a profound level.
  • Is it the same as hypnotherapy?
    Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a specialised form of hypnotherapy that distinguishes itself through a comprehensive, hybrid approach. While traditional hypnotherapy primarily uses hypnosis to induce a relaxed, suggestible state for behavioural change, RTT integrates psychotherapy, NLP, CBT, and regression techniques. RTT emphasises swift, long-lasting results by identifying and resolving root causes, often in a single session. It's highly personalised, addressing individual needs through customised audio recordings for reinforcement. This unique blend of techniques and targeted focus on underlying issues set RTT apart, enabling profound and rapid transformations for clients.
  • What is the difference between RTT V Other modalities such as CBT, EFT and NLP?
    Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) distinguishes itself from CBT, EFT, and NLP by combining hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT into a potent hybrid. RTT achieves rapid and lasting results, often in a single session, by identifying and addressing root causes, typically rooted in early experiences. It heavily utilises hypnosis and creates personalised audio recordings to reinforce change. Conversely, CBT focuses on thought and behaviour patterns, EFT uses meridian tapping for emotional release, and NLP centres on language and behavioural patterns. RTT's swift, integrated approach for root cause resolution sets it apart from these modalities.
  • Who is RTT for?
    Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is for anyone seeking swift and lasting change. Ideal for tackling emotional challenges (anxiety, depression), behavioral shifts (addictions, habits), relationship improvements, confidence building, performance anxiety, personal growth, health and wellness goals, career advancement, and sleep issues. It's a versatile solution, offering a comprehensive approach to transformation and empowerment for individuals from various walks of life.
  • Can anyone be hypnotised?
    Yes! Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility, akin to deep relaxation. It mirrors experiences of deep concentration, absorption in a book, or daydreaming. During hypnosis, the mind is highly receptive to positive suggestions. Individuals maintain awareness and control, choosing to accept or reject suggestions. It often induces a profoundly relaxed state, similar to that of a calm meditation or before drifting into sleep. This relaxation enables access to the subconscious mind, making it an effective tool for therapeutic intervention and behavioural change.
  • Is one session enough?
    Healing in one session is possible with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) for most individuals. RTT is designed to achieve rapid, profound results by uncovering and addressing the root causes of issues efficiently. Factors such as the complexity of the issue, the individual's readiness for change, and the skill of the therapist play crucial roles. Some clients experience significant improvements after just one session, while others may benefit from follow-up sessions to reinforce and sustain the changes. RTT's goal is to facilitate lasting transformation, and the pace of healing can vary from person to person.
  • How long is each session?
    Between 90 minutes - 2 hours
  • Do you provide Transformation Packages?
    Yes I do. I provide bespoke program packages to cater to the client’s specific needs which include RTT, Coaching, and other modalities to ensure a holistic, mind, body, and soul healing and transformation that is rapid, and deep. Pricing depends on 30, 60, or 90-day packages. These will be discussed during the discovery call.
  • How much does it cost?
    A one off RTT session is $500. This includes a 45 minutes consultation call, the 2 hour session, your bespoke transformation recording, and two check ins - one 7 days and one 21 days after your session.
