How will I feel after the session?After the session, you may feel a range of emotions as you integrate the changes into your daily life. There can be a big purge of emotions during an RTT session so it can take some time for these to be released. It is also normal to see physical manifestations of this emotional release - coughing, needing the loo, etc. Overall, the experience of RTT is highly individualized and can vary based on your unique circumstances and goals. However, many people find it to be a deeply transformative and empowering experience.
